SUMMARY
This is a mid-level development position in the Information Technology Development group and this position will be responsible for the development and customization of business applications. This person may lead development on projects as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.Other duties may be assigned.
Develops programs in a variety of environments including C# and VB.Net.
Develops databases in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
Develops and test queries, DTS packages, Integration services, stored procedures, and other objects as required in the Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle environment.
Develops programs that access and manipulate data in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.
Assist and provides guidance to other developers in the development of complex programs.
Troubleshoot existing applications and databases.
Participates in certain aspects of consulting, systems analysis, general systems design, vendor contracts and detail systems design.
Learns user functions, organization and role in the enterprise to the extent required.
