Masdar Institute of Science and Technology is seeking applicants for full-time Professors, Associate Professors, and Assistant Professors in the field of Microelectronic Devices and Circuits. Applicants should have a strong record of published research and relevant teaching experience. Fluency in English is required. Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree as well as demonstrated research excellence in at least one of the following microelectronics areas: digital circuit and system design, analog and RF circuit design, semiconductor device physics, or integrated circuit fabrication technology.

Job Responsibilities: Teach graduate courses, supervise master’s and doctoral students, develop a research program and actively seek external funding for such research, and take part in the Institute's service and outreach activities.
